Sold Acme No. 1 H F PVC Welder - Mid Sussex

Acme H F PVC Welder, one of the few single phase PVC welders available for minor repairs or small scale manufacturing runs. This is a foot operated welder; it has three specific Marquee heads that cost me nearly £700 a few years ago to suit, patch welding, strip welding and hook & loop welding.

The controls are very basic technology, with a timer and strength of frequency adjustment. It comes with a spare roll of the acrylic table protector. We have added a couple of hinged benches each side that fit nicely onto trestle tables to allow large roofs or gables to be managed. The unit is powered by an old fashion Valve, for transport this needs to be removed from the machine to prevent damage. (See photo) Save sending your vinyl aware for repair for a few weeks, do it in house this afternoon!
